We're a modern iGaming project looking for a Head of General Support to build and optimize our customer support function and bring service quality to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Operational leadership & process architecture
Execute the customer support strategy aligned with business goals to maximize customer retention, LTV, and operational efficiency
Optimize processes through automation and eliminate manual operations
Build and maintain a robust reporting system with clear KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making
Customer Support
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient handling of incoming requests in line with quality standards
Set up and optimize service desk / help desk systems to streamline team workflows
Update motivation systems, KPIs, and quality control to drive team performance
Team development
Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a multicultural remote team
Foster a culture of accountability, proactivity, and professional growth
Resolve conflicts and maintain team cohesion
Maintain and update the Knowledge Base to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team
Automation & tech
Requirements
2+ years in customer service leadership roles (Team Lead or above) in iGaming or related industries
Experience managing teams in a multicultural, remote environment
Track record of building and optimizing customer support processes
Conversational English (B2+) for team communication
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools
Hands-on experience setting up service desk / help desk / CRM systems
Tech-savvy with genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI and automation into workflows
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Empathetic leader with strong conflict-resolution and team motivation skills
